This fun project was inspired by something CC did in preschool. I love how the footprints turned out and love even more that Maya was part of our project. It's hard to find projects everyone can participate in. It all got pretty crazy so I didn't get as many pictures of Maya's chubby foot as I would have liked, but at least I have the print. This is a great outdoor project, and I can see us doing this again next summer and the one after... it might become part of our regular summer list.

This is so colorful and looks like fun. I am going to try it this afternoon with my 4 year old daughter. I think we will do handprints! :) Thanks for the inspiration. I just found your blog (via a link from the crafty crow), and I have had fun reading through it a bit!
love it! my daughter is totally obsessed of rainbows and foot prints. Perfect for her! Thanks for sharing!
this will be perfect gift for daddy! thanks!
We did end up doing this but with handprints. It was a lot of fun. Thanks for the idea! :)
This is lovely. Thanks for sharing Patricia.Im searching for activity ideas for my little creche.We are limited in terms of;
- time (the children stay a maximum of one and half hours only)
- ages (the age range is 12 months thru to 5 yrs old)
- space (we have one large room and no outside area)
-messiness (we have no paints and limited art equipment)
That being said we are a great little group and as the sole staff member I also need activities which I can coordinate easily and efficiently among up to ten children and manage it all single handedly.
Thanks again Janette :)
I love this. I wish my kids were itty bitty. That would be perfect and so happy and colorful.
