Mermaids

Inspired by these beauties, The Tail of Emily Windsnap, some hand-dyed felt we've had forever and the girls' favorite pool game, we made a family of mermaids, all sisters whose magical habitat included sequins, seashells, potted succulents and rocks.  Their names: Seafoam, Ocean, Coral, Salt Water Taffy and Seashell.
